  • Keen and willing to be a sales-focused logistics professional
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Must be self-motivated and possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner, Creative, good team work, independent and possess self-initiative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using the Internet
  • Being familiar and willing to know INCOTERM (International Commercial Term).

Business Development Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Win, retain and develop medium-sized Business Customers through sales "hunting" activity
  2. Upsell additional services to the existing client base to increase volume and sales revenue.
  3. Continually prospect and qualify new customers.
  4. Generate sales leads using company provided resources as well as from your own development.
  5. Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies; and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
  6. Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer’s business and the market and support customer retention through collaboration with all sales channels and local Station Management.
  7. Recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge
  8. Collect relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepare documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations
  9. Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing CRM
